What Is HICAP?

HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program) offers free, one-on-one Medicare counseling to help beneficiaries understand their rights, benefits, coverage options, and healthcare choices.

Our trained counselors provide confidential and unbiased information about Medicare and related health insurance programs.

HICAP counselors do not sell insurance products, recommend insurance companies, or receive commissions.
